A tasty and simple dessert to create is this chocolate eclair cake that doesn’t require baking. It has layers of rich chocolate topping, creamy custard and graham crackers.

Quick vanilla custard mix Two 3.5-ounce boxes
Three cups of cold milk
whipped garnish One 8-ounce container
Graham crackers One box
Regarding the chocolate garnish:

Cocoa powder without sugar One-third cup
One cup of melted unsalted butter and granulated sugar 1/4 cup of whole milk 1/4 cup of extract from vanilla One teaspoon
Directions:
Prepare the custard mix: Mix cold milk and custard mix with a whisk until thickened. Add the whipped topping and fold gently.
Put the layers together: Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with graham crackers. Cover them with half of the custard mixture. Spread the leftover pudding mixture over another layer of graham crackers. Add a last layer of graham crackers to finish.
Prepare the chocolate garnish: In a saucepan, mix together milk, sugar, melted butter, and chocolate powder. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for one minute. Take off the heat and add the vanilla extract. Allow to cool for ten to fifteen minutes until it thickens.
Add the chocolate garnish: Cover the top layer of graham crackers with the chilled chocolate coating.
Cool the cake: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight after covering with plastic wrap.
Serve: Cut into slices and serve cold.
