The smackdown between President Donald Trump and Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg is not done yet.
When Trump recently dismissed the 22-year-old activist in front of millions of people as “strange” and “too angry,” Greta responded — and her answer is leaving people shook on the internet.
Greta Thunberg has once again become the subject of international theatrics -and this time, Donald Trump could not wait to add his two cents worth.
On June 10, the 22-year-old Swedish climate activist was deported out of Israel, after being reportedly detained by the Israeli forces when sailing with humanitarian aid to Gaza.
Thunberg alleges that she and her 11 fellow activists were kidnapped in international waters, allegations that Israeli officials vehemently reject, terming the operation a ”selfie yacht” and nothing but a media provocation stunt meant to generate publicity.

Thunberg can be heard saying in a pre-recorded video, which was shared on Instagram soon after the group was intercepted that: “If you are watching this video we have been intercepted and kidnapped in international waters by the Israeli occupational forces, or forces that support Israel.”
On June 10, Trump told reporters whether he and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had spoken about Thunberg during a phone call between the two earlier in the day.
”She is a weirdo,” he added to reporters. She is a young angry individual. I am not sure it is a real anger, I cannot believe it actually.”
He did not leave it at that.
I witnessed the event. She is definitely not the same. Anger management. I believe she needs to attend anger management lesson. I would refer her to that first of all.”
Trump likewise rejected her allegations straight away by saying:
I believe that Israel has its own issues without having to kidnap Greta Thunberg.
Greta’s response
People thought Trump had gone too far and made personal attacks on Greta instead of attacking her ideas, however, in typical Trump style, nobody was particularly surprised.
Greta was deported after being held by Israeli forces.
On a short visit to France on her Return to Sweden, Thunberg was greeted by a horde of journalists -and they could not help but inquire about her opinion regarding the latest statements by Trump.
Well, I believe the world could use a lot more young angry women to tell the truth, that is, with all that is happening currently. That’s what we need it most of all,” she retorted.

When asked whether she had conceded to entering Israel illegally, Thunberg explained:
I failed to realize that I had immigrated into the country illegally. In my testimony, I was very categorical that we were kidnapped in the international waters and taken there against our own wishes into Israel.”
Thunberg attended a humanitarian mission aboard the Freedom Flotilla Coalition to bring supplies and highlight the plight of Gaza in the international community.
Did not beat about the bush
Besides Thunberg, other prominent people in the boat included Rima Hassan, a member of the European Parliament; journalist Yanis Mhamdi; and Al Jazeera presenter Omar Faiad as well as FFC organizers Yasemin Acar and ThiagoAvila.
”This was a mission of trying to bring once again aid to Gaza which is very much needed,” she clarified.
But also to show the solidarity and that we are witnessing you, we are witnessing what is going on and we cannot just be the spectators of all this and do nothing, this can never be the option.
Nor did she mince words as to the current crisis:
It is never been as important as it is right now, [due to] the siege, [due to] the starvation of more than two million people, and the live stream genocide in full bloom.
Israel, in its turn, is still firmly rejecting the genocide claims.
