63-Year-Old Carol Vorderman Shares New Photos Highlighting Her Fitness

Carol Vorderman, a 63-year-old TV star, says that her terrific shape and energy come from a mix of good habits, confidence, and, oddly enough, sprouts. The former Countdown host recently shared some of her lifestyle recommendations, such the strange snacks she carries in her purse, how she stays active, and why she is unapologetically herself.

Vorderman told Saga Magazine with a laugh, “I wear a good bra and jeans that keep you up.” She also revealed that she only eats one meal a day, which is generally in the late afternoon.

 

 

 

She enjoys snacking on sprouts. The famous individual from Wales often brings the vegetables with her and eats them all day to be full and healthy.

Fitness Challenges and Comebacks

Vorderman claims that even though she has a beautiful body, she hasn’t been feeling well lately. She damaged her knee and is now busy writing her next book, What Now? She hasn’t been able to go to the gym in months since she is so dedicated to On a Mission to Fix Broken Britain. The star, on the other hand, is still determined.

 

 

 

 

She said, “I don’t care what people say about how I look,” brushing off any criticism with confidence. “I’m at a point in my life where I don’t care what other people think of me.”

Vorderman adds that weight training is an element of her workout routine that helps her stay strong as she gets older. “It’s the weights you need as you get older,” she added, adding that her personal trainer, who is also a rugby captain, has helped her reach new heights. “We have a good laugh, but he is definitely making things harder for me.”

She posts videos of her workouts all the time, and most of them show her performing squats and planks, which are core exercises.

 

 

 

 

Busting Myths About Her Famous Figure

Vorderman has often rejected rumors that she has had plastic surgery, even though people still talk about her figure. She said, “I can promise you that I haven’t had any implants in my bottom.” Her body form is natural, which is something that runs in the Vorderman family. It’s a familial trait.

 

 

 

 

She added that her daughter Katie and even her nephew have the same “sticky-out-bottom” trait that her family does.

Eating properly with a dash of reality

The way Carol eats is just as easy as the way she exercises out. She got rid of her scales in 1999 and started paying more attention to how she feels than to a number. She eats complete foods, cleanses her body twice a year, and treats herself to something nice every now and then.

“It’s not about counting calories,” she said in her book Detox Your Life. “It’s about knowing what we’re eating and focusing on eating more, not less.”

Vorderman likes to juice, but her favorite dishes are shellfish dinners and tuna Niçoise salads. She goes to Jason Vale’s Juice Master Retreats in Portugal a lot. Guests drink juices that are good for them, do yoga, and meditate.

 

 

 

 

She added that following an 18-day retreat in 2022, she shed a size in her outfit. She said, “I’m full of energy.” “These shorts haven’t fit me in years, and now they’re too big.” “Boom!”

She still doesn’t say no to herself. Vorderman has said that after fasting for a spell, she loves huge meals with bacon and fresh eggs.
