This 2-Minute Strawberry Yoghurt Dessert is the ideal solution if you’re seeking something sweet but don’t want to go overboard with sugar or spend time in the kitchen. It’s easy, refreshing, and created using basic ingredients that you most likely already have.
This fruity and creamy alternative is perfect for treating yourself to a small dessert, entertaining guests on short notice, or finishing a weekday meal. It’s guilt-free. Smooth, natural yoghurt and luscious, juicy strawberries combine to produce a naturally sweet and tangy flavour that is decadent but also nutritious.
To create it, simply wash and hull the 750 grams of fresh strawberries. Put four whole strawberries aside for garnishing later. The remainder is placed directly into the blender. Purée the strawberries in a conventional blender or an immersion blender, depending on which is more convenient, until they are perfectly smooth.
Combine 450 grams of natural yoghurt (ideally with 3.6% fat for a fuller texture) and the strawberry puree in a mixing bowl. Add two packets of vanilla sugar, for a total of roughly 16 grammes. Mix everything together until the yoghurt and strawberry puree are well combined, resulting in a creamy, light pink dessert that smells of fresh fruit.
Fill tiny dessert dishes or serving glasses with the mixture. Add one of the saved whole strawberries to the top of each serving for a lovely, straightforward presentation. Serve it right away for a smooth, creamy texture, or if you like it a little colder, put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Either way, this dessert is light and refreshing, ready to impress in just a few minutes of preparation. This dessert is perfect for satisfying midday cravings, warm summer days, or any occasion when you crave something simple and sweet.
