Rather than just eggs, this dip includes crushed crackers and turns the classic deviled egg into a shareable dip for parties or as a casual snack. People love it because it’s rich, full of taste and has a nice kick to it.

Hard-boiled eggs that have been peeled are a part of this meal.
Take one (8 oz) package of cream cheese from the fridge so it’s at room temperature before use.
To the ingredients add half a cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
White vinegar Add 1 ½ tablespoons.
1 tablespoon of paprika
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper just a little
Cayenne pepper Add a very small amount

To add freshness, you can top your nachos with pickles if you like (this step is optional).

Instructions:
Prep the Food Processor: Add all your boiled eggs (about 6) to a large food processor. The last 6 eggs should be halved. Just process the egg yolks and 6 whole eggs in the food processor and save the egg whites for later.
Put the cream cheese, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, salt, black pepper, a pinch of cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon of the chopped chives into the food processor. Keep stirring until the ingredients combine and the spread is well mixed and smooth.
Mix through the Egg Whites & Serve: Chop the reserved egg whites into bite-sized pieces. Add and blend the flour with the rest of the ingredients without over mixing. Put the dip into a serving bowl. Sprinkle the dish with the un used chives and a final sprinkle of paprika. Should you like, place some pickle slices on the burger as a garnish.
Crackers, pretzels or your favorite veggies go nicely with this chilled soups.
