While the young boy in this picture is widely regarded, very few people know much about him.
The painting at first looks like any childhood portrait: an infant, wearing his blond locks, is sitting calmly, with staring eyes.
Even though many people find it lovely, the image of a child stuck in thoughtful silence doesn’t draw much attention.
Yet, the actual picture isn’t what’s shocking in this case. The boy later grew into that person.
The post was widely shared on social media and people discussing it can’t decide between admiration and anger.
“Aww, that’s sweet,” was written by one user, with another user replying, “Not a monster.” I am with you.
Many people feel sorry that the boy in this photo became such a terrible person as an adult.
A further response was that “You turned into the biggest villain this nation will ever know.”
But why did such a typical child create such powerful emotions?
It was clear from PBS that his childhood played a big role in creating the man he became.
As a child, he realized that people could either be winners or losers, thanks to his have to have a good, then, I’m not hard to have.
That philosophy comes from his father, who was very strict, admired aggression and ignored how someone might feel vulnerable.
Everyone discovered the basic cause and effect: failure to lead meant being led by someone else.
He acted out at home and was put at a military academy when he was thirteen. Discipline in that environment was also enforced by using physical and non-physical approaches.
Many classmates said the boy was able to fit in quickly with the bullies.
One person who wrote about him said, “He was strict with many students and often scolded his peers.”
Some remembered his rivalries which fellow athletes often disliked but did not hold him back. He felt more empowered by what he went through, instead of traumatized by it.
Though he was made tough by his dad, he had a more difficult relationship with his mom.
During her illness early in her life, Tõnis felt less of her influence at a point when he really needed her.
His determination could have grown through that loss, causing him to act more like his emotionally closed father.
At the end of the article, we tell our readers only what most of them likely already know: that Trump is the boy in the picture.
He was so controversial that many loved him and many others despised him, years and years after that picture was taken of him as a young man.
The boy eventually became a man whose actions are viewed either as marked by American strength or as a reminder of the dangers of excessive pride.
