Making headlines is nothing new for singer Courtney Love. She has been in the news most of the time during her decades-long career.
The singer, 60, has now talked openly about her “big move,” including what it is and what prompted her.

After five years of residing in London, Courtney Love now intends to make the move permanent. The former Hole singer disclosed that she will be eligible for British citizenship in six months. Additionally, the singer appears content with her ability to move while political tensions in the US rise.
She spoke with Todd Almond about his new oral history, Slow Train Coming: Bob Dylan’s Girl from the North Country and Broadway’s Rebirth, earlier this month at London’s Geographical Society. At the event, she also sang Dylan’s “Like a Rolling Stone.”
She talked loudly about her life in London as they conversed. “I’m quite happy to be here. This is a fantastic place to live. In six months, I will finally receive my British citizenship. I am granted citizenship. Man, I’m applying! According to her, she said, “Can’t get rid of me.”
She has previously expressed her distaste for President Donald Trump, although she did not state that the action was a direct result of the politician’s inauguration. She had even called his politics “emperor-core” and described the current state of affairs as “frightening.”
“This group in particular is like emperor-core when it comes to Trump. such as donning timepieces worth millions of dollars. At Mar-a-Lago, emperor-core is taking place,” she stated.

Among the numerous celebrities who are relocating outside of the United States is the singer.
Rosie O’Donnell revealed earlier this month that she and her 12-year-old child had relocated to Ireland and were pursuing citizenship.
“I never imagined that I would relocate abroad; I just decided that it would be better for my 12-year-old child and me. In a TikTok video, Rose O’Donnell described her action and said, “And here we are.” “You know, I’m content. Clay is content. My other children are missed. My pals are missed. I’m looking for a place to call home in this lovely nation since I miss a lot of things about living back home. We’ll think about returning when it’s safe for all Americans to have equal rights.
“It’s been heartbreaking to see what’s happening politically and hard for me personally as well,” she said, hinting that the new government may have played a role in her decision to leave. We all know that the personal is political.
